Propecia, then minoxidil

Hi, ive been on finasteride(propecia) and Nizoral for 2 months, decided i want to speed things up/grow some new hair. Is there any problem adding minoxidil 5% to my regimen now? Or should i have started them all together?

You can add minoxidil whenever you want.

Just keep in mind that if you use minoxidil, any regrowth gained will be lost if you stop using it. Applying the stuff twice a day can be a pain as well.

Most people here say to keep your regimen as simple as poss. With 2 months on finasteride & nizoral you haven't really given them a chance to work.

Im aware how annoying minoxidil can be, i was on it for a month 2 years ago then gave up. Im pretty serious about it this time though, if i start it i definitely wont stop it.After all its only 10 minutes a day or something isnt it?

No problem adding it now. Personally I really don't find it that much a pain in the *** to apply either.

It just becomes a part of your daily ritual - like brushing your teeth (assuming you brush your teeth, of course ).
