propecia side effects

anybody noticed any change in their complexion while using and after quitting propecia? For example, mild acne, flesh colored bumps, ingrown hairs? oilier skin?

A lot of people experience oily skin and pimples in the beginning while using Propecia. But this effect usually goes away. It may be caused by the temporary increase in T caused by finasteride. Eventually T levels subside back to baseline (or close thereof) and the "oily" problems do as well.

I noticed some slight acne on the left side of my face a week or so after I started. It was only on that side, and it's nearly gone now.

I don't know whether that was the Propecia or whether I started washing better. If I hadn't been looking for sides, I doubt I would have noticed it.

been on finasteride a little over a week and the only sides im experiencing is a little diarrehea and a bit more "staying" power as far as sex goes. These should go away soon enough as my body adjusts.
