Have been Propecia since january now... although my hair has potentially receeded a little further at the temples i've overall had really positive results. Hair at the front/middle/crown is SO much thicker it's unbelievable, not only is it now extremely easy to style but it takes so much longer to dry after a shower! Note that i've also been shedding on and off consistently the whole time which is even stranger. I've had a multitude of sides since starting, most noticeably after 3 months or so when I had the numbness/difficultly mainting erection but that seems to have completely gone now.
Anyway, I've also noticed that since January my beard has got ALOT thicker. The hair above my sideburns has been noticeably thinning for ages but that seems to also be getting thicker too (the hair to the side of the ear above the sideburns has grown out towards my eyes about half a centimeter - it's always been very thin there). Even my eyebrows (which have always been extremely thin) are getting thicker.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I usually hear it makes beard hair thinner and slows it's growth rate?
Since january i've also added loads of vitamins: A, lots of the B's, C, D, E, K2, L-glutamine powder, iron and zinc and use jojoba oil for my hair/beard - but i'm honestly not sure it's possible that they'd have affected it so much.
Interested to hear other people's experiences!
