If pharmaceutical companies based what they put on their product inserts on anything except medical reports and placebo controlled studies, there would be a thousand and one side effects listed for every drug. They don’t care of a forum is filled with people saying it does x, because they have never seen it resulting from their own trials. The day the FDA adds side effects to medications based on online reports is the day I move to Europe.
