You might avoid side effects but if you don't have them why do it!

It's better to take a smaller dose every day than to skip a day with finasteride if you have side effects.

Oni, why do you say so? Isn't serum DHT lowered for 48 hours (and more) as indicated by the grapgh (that has been posted on this forum many times)? I don't mean to be argumemtative - I am merely curious.

My dermatologist told me that it would be ok to take half a proscar tablet every second day rather than take 1/5th of 1 every day.
