the % of finasteride in each of the topical doses is what equivalent to the prescribed daily oral dosage? and are side effects the same if any are experienced when taking oral dosages?

Save your money, its all a marketing hook. Just because other vendors use it, he has no choice but do the same, otherwise he loses business to the competition. If you want finasteride, take it orally. The topical route may or may not work, if it does it is soley because it has become systematic, same as the oral route. This means the sides will be the same as taking the pill. Just use plain old minoxidil liquid and take the finasteride if you wish.
