Been on Finasteride for over year, also noticed dark circles. Face also seems to has become more bloated (was told puffy face is not permanent if discontinuing drug).

Doesn't Propecia lower DHEA? I could see that being a factor.

This is a tricky one and I'm still undecided even though I thought I got some dark circles myself. The thing is ther's nothing in any studies to prove this. All you've got is peoples testimonies and one of the things with finasteride is people hear about all these sides and they start to blame the drug for everything. They even start looking for things that perhaps aren't even there. Have any of you guys tried ruling out the obvious causes first such as poor sleep/over tiredness, poor diet, stress or even just the signs of age? Have you asked friends and family if they've noticed the dark circles or is it just you?
