So this is a bit depressing...been on Propecia for about 13 monhs and rogaine 5% for about 15 (the foam since it came out). Hair has gotten gradually worse in a diffuse fashion (ie NW0 thinning all over -- back / sides included). Still have a decent amount of coverage, but w/ every haircut I notice the increased thinning. No family history of male pattern baldness in this fashion (dad still has full head of hair, mom's dad, brother went bald in more traditional male pattern baldness style)
Going to get my blood tested this week and then talk to my dermatologist about writing me a prescription for avodort (dutasteride)...
question: have people seen results going to avodort after being on propecia? thanks...
