I dont understand why all men on propecia dont get gyno eventually. I mean in theory if the estrogen levels keep rising then eventually you will get gyno its just a matter of time right? Or does it just depend on how DHT fluctuates over time as we age? So if you start propecia young enough or early enough just as prevention when there is little DHT then estrogen would increases very slightly and you would never have chance of gyno?
My goodness no wonder science cant figure this crap out. Theres so many questions and thats just 1 hormone in complete isolation from the rest of the body. I mean how many other things get involved in DHT? progesterone, testosterone, all the downstream effects like tgf beta, estrogen, aromatase and heaven knows what else we havent discovered. How do all the signaling pathways play into all this? What is smad-7 role?
Someone needs to explain all this one more time.
