Anyway my hair loss is extreme to say the least, being 16 and having hair like that since I was 14. If it is DUPA, does anyone know if you can use propecia to maintain the hair on the sides and the head? The trichologist and derm I went to told me I would never be able to get a hair transplant as my hair on the sides and back are simply too thin. They said the only chance I will get will be when technology moves on to cloning hair.
I am going to my retarded dermatologist again next month, however cannot complain as it is on the NHS, so should I suggest to her on weather it is DUPA? She has no clue about what is going on and also how does a skin biopsy help? I was going to go for one, however looked it up on the internet and they take a section of skin on the head, therefore would hair stop growing in the area where the skin has been taken?
