propcia+nizoral is enough for me ? (with pics)

i strated using propcia + nizoral like 5 weeks ago and i would like to ask you what do you think about my case?
; how long could i keep my hair that way?
is there a chance to see regrow with my treat?
should i add minoxidil 5?
or should i wait to see results?
i kinda panic when i understood whats going on on my head no 1 really notice it accept me i dont shed much and i have that hairline since age of 19 (im 22), i wasnt really sure its hairloss but than i realized if im not going to do anything it will be too late.
part of those pictures are with high light and flash so it look much worse than it realy is also because my hair is brown abit(or thats what i want to belive lol)
also like to ask which Norwood am i 1?2?

You definitely have significant temple recession, and it also looks like you have some diffuse thinning too. I would say you are perhaps a diffuse NW2. Propecia and Nizoral should definitely work for you. You can expect that Propecia will stop any further loss, and there is also a good chance of regrowth. Nizoral is far less important in your regimen than Propecia, but it is still a useful add-on, and many people on these forums have found Nizoral has been of some benefit. I don't think that minoxidil is necessary in your case. I'd say just stick with Propecia and Nizoral.

I didn't look at all of them but if you are early stages I would not bother with minoxidil it is more of a hassle than it is worth, finasteride/propecia and nizoral are enough

how long do you think that this treat will save my hair?
when will i have to swich to dutasteride?
is there a chance to save my hair untill age of 60+?

It will treat your hair probably at least 5 years, maybe forever. You will never have to switch to dutasteride if finasteride gives you decent results
