I'm sure he does care or at least he did when it first became noticible in his early 20's. No matter how much money he's got no one likes to see such a negative change taking place. Especially when you have your photo splashed across the world.
If being rich = not caring about your looks there would be no cosmetic surgery industry!

And for the last time as the future king everything he does is highly scrutinised theres no way he could get a hair transplant or a wig. Look at his hairstyle he cant even buzz it because some people considert that vulgar.

I wouldn´t even call that thinning. To me he is basically a full Norwood 6 with some strains of hairs left on the top. I have followed his (hair´s) "downfall" for years and I also remember reading that he was very bothered by it. Though I guess he accepted it by now....
