I'm a Christian and I believe that God can restore hair, if He so chooses. While using conventional treatment can help as well. I still put my hand over my head and pray over my hair every day! The Bible says baldness is a curse. I believe it is a curse that can be broken. I do not have male pattern baldness, but I have suffered from intermittent hair loss. And I know that a poor diet and other things are to blame. But I still pray over my hair. Has anyone else tried this?
Listen here, man. I am not a christian in the sense that i obey all the comandments of God or walk in His ways, but i am a believer and read the Bible from time to time, and i have searched about what it says about baldness. So the only thing i have noticed about baldness being a curse, is i think in the book of Isaiah, and it talks about women being cursed with baldness, because of their adultery and vanity, and whoredom, if i can remember correctly. Besides, i think GOD DOESNT EVEN CARE A LITTLE BIT ABOUT OUR HAIR, because if he did, there wouldnt be so many bald pastors and bald people of God. I am even convinced to think, that God delights in us losing our hair, believe me, i have prayed that this would not happen to me, and that God would take it away, but He didnt, and i think that he wouldnt, because i start to lose my faith that God wants us to be perfectly healthy including with perfect hair, which makes me doubt the love of God, because it says in the gospel: "Who is that father, which if his son asks him for bread, shall give him stones ? How much more graceful is your Heavenly Father!" So i have been praying to God to restore my hair, but guess what ? STONES. Maybe the problem is in me, i dont know.
And back then i had a lot more faith than i do now. And if God was so concearned about men losing their hair, he surely would put in His Word the way to cope with this, but there isnt any as far as i know. I dont want to be negative, but i just say what i think. And look at Job, he was the most obedient man in the old testament, and look how many troubles happened to him, because God allowed it, because God wanted to prove Satan wrong. So Job had to suffer for this .... This seems pretty unfair to me, but whatever. And what about Elisha, why would God let him be bald, if He cared about the appearance ???
So if God helps you and restores your hair, let me know, write me a PM or something ...
And baldness mentioned in the book of Leviticus is about distinguishing if a person has leprosy, or not.
The other referrences of baldness in the bible are about the times of sadness and grief, when berreaved people shaved their heads. And i don't think that baldness is a curse, it's a problem of a bad heredity. And from Biblical point of view, all people are evil, because all have sinned, but some don't suffer baldness as others, so its not a curse. But ofcourse if you do not obey the comandments, you are prone to be a victim of different diseases, including baldness.
The nonbelievers can ridicule my beliefs as much as they want, i will not respond anything after this post. ;D Have a nice time and i wish you all success in fighting baldness.
