Damn.. posts like these make me reconsider whether to take it or not.. Since finasteride is not working I need to do something. The long half-life is the fucked up part of dutasteride

Just combine them if finasteride isn't working and if you are scared of dutasteride. Do 5 days finasteride, 2 days dutasteride for example. There are lots of reports of users who were losing ground on finasteride, they combined it with dutasteride, and regained lost ground.

Yes but since the half-life is so long even a bad reaction to a single dose could effect me for weeks to months
