Possible Improvements, Can There Still Be Hope For Me?

my left side of my hairline is much worse then my right, had a tiny bald spot in the corner. although after my weekly buzzcut i noticed little tiny hairs, will anything come of this?

btw my hair is a little greasy this was immediately after applying minoxidil

finasteride for 11months (9 days off straight), minoxidil for 12 months (took two months off straight),and RU 5% for 4 months (will quit in one month when im finished with last batch)

you might be around your peak at this point. no reason to worry. when you say "hope", you mean more regrowth? I think your hair looks good and maintaining should be your criteria for success!

Looks like an NW1 to me. I'd say just maintain and you're good.

Yes I am a NW1 but believe me my hair is extremely diffused some spots even look completely bald even though I got thin hairs there .. Since quitting minoxidil two months ago And then restarting back on for two months I'm on a mission to thicken the hair I do have. That's my "hope".
