Possible Importance Of Taking finasteride/dutasteride At The Same Time Every Day

Since I started finasteride in May, I've been taking it around 8am every day, without exception. I have a daily 7 days/week alarm set just in case I forget.

I haven't experienced any sides up to this point apart from the change in consistency of my semen. No brain fog, no gyno, no erection/libido issues.

I'm wondering if maybe a state of homeostasis and balanced hormones from the consistency of the time might be keeping the body from acting up in these ways so many are deathly afraid of.

Any merit to my thinking? Or am I pulling this out of my ***
You all taking it at the same/different times and experiencing/not experiencing sides?

It's hard to imagine a difference of 1 or 2 hours making a big difference, as DHT takes two weeks to recover.

However, your consistent sleep schedule is probably great for your health, maybe that's a more key variable :)

It's not always consistent lol. Sometimes I get up to take finasteride, then go back to bed for 1-2 hours if I don't have anything going on in the morning.

My fear of hair loss is enough to get me out of bed no matter how lazy and tired I'm feeling lol

There were studies showing 24-hour dosage schedule is the most effective, more effective than 12-hour, and a few others, so yeah I'd try to take it the same time each day.
