But how well does CB work? From what i've read so far, 5% CB vs 5% minoxidil are almost the same. Minoxidil was better at maintaining, while regrowth improvement were almost the same.

"39 percent of patients on Breezula had at least some improvement in hair growth, compared to 36 percent of those on Minoxidil. 26 percent of patients on Breezula had at least some worsening in hair growth, compared to 16 percent of those on Minoxidil."

So 5% minoxidil was able to go head to head with CB in hair growth improvement, and it was better at maintaining too. This is of course only phase 2 results. Who knows if they go with something higher than 5% CB.

Am I missing something on the hype of CB?

Compared to finasteride you wouldn't even get results that quickly so I'm very optimistic.

Of course it will systemic, in lower amounts.

Damn I thought this was closer than that. This looks at least three years away. I would like to just come on this site one day and a superior product to oral finasteride is months or days away. Coming on here for five years and it is always the same thing.

Well atleast ppl are a tad more realistic on this forum compared to some other hair loss sites where the admin and their followers think something new is just about to be released and if we think happy thought it might come a little sooner

This is a Phase III study, completed in February 2018.
So any time after that.
