you're approaching a norwood level called "norwood Rafael Nadal" I am in a similar, but much worst situation.
It su**s bro. Lost interest in life. It is too depressing. I am the chosen one.Always me. My dad has more hairs as compared to me. My whole family has good hairs. I may be adopted.

I know man... here's some advice - buzz the sides and back down to a 2... fade up to a nice, neat short hair style, and keep it DRY and fluffed up. It will make a hell of a difference. I promise.

Hehe Vikalp, you're not unique. Because everyone here have the same burden. After Grandparents and my dad i am only one running male pattern baldness in my family history, including 10 cousins and 5 uncles. Give me a lottery coupon, with this luck ill hit something i bet.
Ah BTW : I started to be diffuse thinner also hehe. I turned 21 in march. NW2.5 + diffuse. This is what i really enjoy currently! LOL

would you consider propecia alone for this case ? extreme diffuse ?
or propecia and minoxidil?

I am using minoxidil and biotin supplement. Stop drinking , smoking from 3 months. Using all the advices given by ppl. Can I get any success using prp treatment?

Okay, I didn't look at the pictures well, LOL stupid mistake. Yes, diffuse thinner, as other said. Considering propecia? @buckthorn's advice about the buzz cut is quite good.

I just looked at a bunch of old pics of me and my bros... as soon as we started thinning, 5-6 years ago, we grew our hair long. Looks f*****g terrible. Even when I had 70% density, it looked way worst long than now, when I have 20-30% and keep it buzzed. Long hair is a mistake, unless you're full NW1. f*****g fact.

It doesn't look like you have any recession, just massive diffuse thinning. It doesn't fit into the norwood pattern. This seems to be the easiest pattern to treat. You can probably expect tremendous regrowth if you respond to available meds. Good luck.

did you shed with minoxidil ?
. I have never encountered hair fall in entire life. It may seem contradictory, my hairs are strong. Still, I am n this condition. Initially after using minoxidil , I used to shed 10-15 hairs for 1 month. Now that has stopped completely.
