plucking regrowth?

5 or 6 months into treatment regimen is 50mg of RU daily and minoxidil twice daily, using nizoral maybe twice a month.
getting peach fuzz vellus hairs all over my temples, but they are not showing signs of getting thicker.
should I pluck them?
I have a feeling it would make them grow stronger.

I often wondered this myself, but someone posted a while back plucking hairs from the scalp can actually damage/swell the follicles putting the follicle back to stage 1.

Im still tempted to try a small area.

Rogaine doesn't regrow terminal hair. Just crappy body like vellus hairs.

Its grown terminal hair in my hair line as a stand alone treatment.

how long did it take for terminals to start showing?

anyway, rogaine as grown hairs in unwanted places like around the eyebrows and cheeks, I do pluck them... and guess what, those mother****ers grow back stronger and thicker.

Hmmm, to become terminal, 6 months - 2 years. Still progressing very, very slowly. I had pretty quick growth though, within 2 months I noticed loads of baby hairs appearing, they just takes ages to
become terminal.

Ive never missed an application.

this gives me hope actually.
the baby hairs started appearing around 3-4 months for me.
have missed few apps here and there, don't believe it has an impact though.
will wait till I get to 9-12 months mark, then will consider going on 15% minoxidil.

No don't pluck them. If/when they are ready to grow back terminal they will fall out on their own.

From the research I have done, I believe it to be much better. Some claim they got absolutely no growth from 5%, then great result from 15%. I was tempted t try it myself but I can't justify
the price difference when I'm already getting results off the dirt cheap 5%.
