Please Tell Me The Most Exgtreme Regimen

Things are looking pretty bad after a year on the big 3 and I'm beginning to see why it doesn't work on anyone. Please tell me the most extreme regimen to maintain my hair.

-Regrowth would be nice but not needed
-Money is not a concern
-I didn't get any side effects from finasteride
-Health side effects are not a concern at all, I'd rather die and be immortalized with hair
-Do not include transplants, hair systems, or just shave it bro.

I recently ordered RU and waiting for its arrival, I ordered dutasteride for the second time as the first one is stopped by customs. Thinking of also adding CB. Anything else? I'm going all in.

Castrating yourself is probably the most extreme regimen you can go for.

Outside of physical castration the most extreme regimen would include high doses of oral minoxidil, high doses of Cyproterone, 2.5mg of dutasteride and high doses of estrogen.
