Please Tell Me If Qgain Minoxidil Fake?

I bought some of this stuff on ebay (Liquid 5%), 3 month supply, it came without any wrapper, the instructions were printed on the box itself, the caps were hard to open at first and it smells like alcohol. It definitely made an impact on my blood pressure after a few uses, so I suppose it is the real deal, not sure if it is any weaker. No shedding first 2 weeks (this is actually my restart of minoxidil). I used to buy from pharmacies, but it became too expensive for me, so I opted for ebay. The white chemical markings appeared on the dropper after a few uses.
So is this the real deal or not, maybe someone here can tell me how to distinguish.

BTW, the active ingredient is: Minoxidil USP 5% w/v
