Your hair doesn't look too bad at all, if there is any difference it's minimal, how old are you?

You can tell that you did improve on the middle back. It looks like everything is working well. Just stay with what you are using.

It's hard to say one way or the other, either way you are clearly maintaining at very least, you should consider this a success.

I agree with some other posters.. looks like you have slightly improved. At the very least you have maintained. Congrats! Don't jump on minoxidil as long as you are not loosing ground.
Your pattern of thinning is almost identical to mine: diffuse on top/ at the back of the parting. However, i have light brown hair and my hair is probably a bit thinner on top than yours.
I am 27, 2,5 years on finasteride and nizoral now, almost a year on spironolactone. I understand your doubts: i also have the feeling that i've been losing ground recently. My temporal area has receeded for sure, but i am not sure about my top area. I've been avoiding combing my hair in a parting for the last couple of years.
Are you still losing lots of thin, wispy hairs?

hi, i think you are all wrong, i ll post more photos in here i am sure that i am loosing ground very fast. but thancks anyway. J25 i almost only loose fine pigment hairs. i just dont know if i add minoxidil becouse i think that it only give you fuzzy hair, and i want good pigment hairs.

Ok, uh, your hair looks normal. I don't even understand why you are on treatment. It's normal to have a part like that with your hairstyle...

It looks to me like you have lost some hair. If it was completely thick before and now its thinner then you lost hair. I might not go get a transplant or anything but it wont hurt to prevent instead of treat later.
