please Help!!

Hey guy so i truned 21 5 months ago and noticed alot of thinning on the crow and the vertex but no recession just thinning all over the crown, but with time it continued to thin really quickly it became noticable so now i had to buzz it really short i tried minoxidil but seffered of blackeyes and puffy face from it than finasteride but has sexual side effecrs lastly nizoral and it seemed to have helped alot in thickening the thin areas so can anyone please tell what kind of hairloss i had? And such hairloss how long it take to be entirely bald noticing that balding to me is destroyinh my self esteem totally..so i hope nizoral.keep them by the way my thinning is in the form of small bald spots not recession ..

This is what I'm afraid of: minoxidil and finasteride both having bad sides so I'll be left with no other options.

I'll probably just buzz it and keep it that way.

Yeah finasteride can **** u up.and minoxidil can do that as well except it can appear on your poor face who is neglected cuz of the obsession about your hair
