hello there ppl i cant believe there is ppl in da same situation as me i started to lose my hair and i dont want to waste money on so many gimmick dats can make your hair grow. i visited a hair loss site called optima and been to see them and they have showed me lots of photos of bald men now with full hair i was just wondering if anyone has had experiance wid dem or knows anything about them?? also if you can tell me wot treatments u have been using will b much appricaiated!! i havent used any treatments as of yet!!

I have no idea what is optima, but without even checking it's probably a waste of hair, money and time. Go to a Doctor and get a prescription to Propecia and Nizoral 2%, and also buy Rogaine Foam. Those are the Big 3, they are approved and proven medically, and they'll give you the best chance of maintaining your hair. Good luck!
Edit: Ok, I had a look at their site, it's a hair clinic, so they'll probably give you the proven stuff but charge you 5 times more than the real price... don't waste your money dude...
