Hi, I am 21 and about 5 months ago I discovered a slow diffuse hair loss - I thought nothing of it until it became affiliated with an itchy scalp including the forehead and eyebrows - the shedding hasn't stopped and I don't have health insurance and I just wish I knew what was going on? my scalp and eyebrows itch so bad and my hair keeps falling out - not just on the top, but everywhere on my scalp, even my sidebuns! my hair density has gone down terribly and I just don't know what to do?

I think you should go and see at doctor right away - even if you don't have health insurance. This doesn't sound like male pattern baldness (baldness) but something else.

I agree with PartTimeNinja this sounds like something eles. There are many other things that can cause you to losse your hair and it may be fixable.
