kreskin, don't be ridiculous.

avacor costs like 5 times as much as plain minoxidil and isn't any more effective. that's why it's a scam. we also don't know if the effect of the minoxidil in avacor is blunted by the other $#iT they put in it.

A 12 month supply of avacor is like 500 bucks. You can get a year's supply of generic rogaine for like 80 at a local store. you can get a year's supply of new Rogaine foam for 150.

Listen, the bottom line is this. Avacor works for some people and does not work for others. This can be attributed to either the minoxidil itself or the minoxidil coupled with the other ingredients in Avacor's products including its nutricap. These facts, imo, do not prove that Avacor is a scam. Neither does its cost for that matter. Personally, my self-image is well worth the dollar and change a day it costs me to purchase this product. Obviously this dollar and change a day is too expensive for some, but that is why there is stuff out there like the cheap foam (which i still do not believe delivers the meds to your scalp better than liquid).

Additionally, find me another 'scam' that allows one to receive their money back if they do not like the product. You must work for a competitor of Avacor since you despise them so much.

i believe you have no valid argument to backup your claims that avacor is a scam - I know that is why you resorted to accusing me of promoting this product. however, this is not the case at all. i use avacor, i like it, and i think this site is biased toward other products that, in actuality, are really no different than avacor. ive tried other products and treatments, but i believe avacor works the best for me. why is that such a problem for you?

Does everyone realize that the issues alleged by the FDA against Avacor in their 2003 letter have all been satisfactorily resolved? Im a user of Avacor and have been for a long time, and imo it works. Honestly, to each their own, but Avacor has worked for me. It may be just because of the Minoxidil it contains, I dont know Im not a doctor, but I will continue to use it. And if i feel like it isnt working, they will give me my money back.

my first post says nothing that i havent been arguing in this thread! i did research on avacor, found all that OLD information about avacor, learned the truth, tried it, liked it, and now try to let others with hair loss problems know that I think it can work for people and is worth a try. its a product that comes with a money back guarantee for fucks sake! WHY IS IT SO HARD TO BELIEVE THAT I THINK THIS PRODUCT WORKS AND THINK THIS SITE UNFAIRLY PORTRAYS A COMPANY THAT, IN REALITY, HAS HELPED OTHERS LIKE ME REGROW HAIR!!!!!!
