21 yo...on finasteride almost 2 weeks..and my right side is pretty thin too(how that can be possible?) what type of hair loss i have? and what to do about that?

btw i ordered sperctal dnc-s (without minoxidil) this can do something?

right now i'm on finasteride and keto(1%)
