I hope somebody can help me with my current situation,
Last summer, I stupidly went on steroids to try and get in better shape. The steroids I used were Testosterone, Trenbelone and Mast. I was on for around 16 week. My hair was fine until around the 10th week and it started to seriously shed. After lots of reading, i got hold of some nizoral shampoo and some fina 1mg. After a month or so the shedding really started to slow down. I finished my steroids after the 16 weeks, carried out proper pct and carried on with the fina. I stopped the Fina and the Nizoral about a month or so after coming off the steroids. I was fine for a couple of months, then i started to see the odd hair again. Now my hair is in shocking condition, really frizzy/wiry, looks really dry, just not nice at all, shedding, but not shedding loads. I have a thick head of hair, however it just looks awful now in this condition,
I hope somebody can advise me on why this is happening now, and how i could maybe treat it,
I was told by a lad on a gym forum to run fina, spiral cream and nizoral shampoo, and it should bring the quality back,
