Please Help: Am I Balding? 99% Sure I Am

Hey all.

I'm currently experiencing hairloss which I began to notice back in 2014.

My hair is now the longest its ever been and of course I am noticing a lot more. My hair on top is not as healthy as the hair at the back. What should I do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have big curls so my hair does clump together quite a bit.

Also you don't look like you are balding at all but if you'd like someone to judge it better then cut it short and post pictures on the general discussion section.
