please describe the characteristics of Minoxidil for me

I purchased some generic monoxidil, and I'm concerned about it's authenticity. Can someone please describe the smell, feel, color, etc. of this stuff?

Smells like alcohol... clear... dries sticky.

99% of the time generic minoxidil you buy from a store is completely legitimate. What brand is it?

i didn't buy at a store. it does smell like alcohol. i wouldn't say it dries sticky, exactly. Feels kind of greasy on my hair

It'll feel greezy, thats not uncommon. It should take a while to dry. I'm sure its the real deal.
