How bad is it? Should I be hopping on the big 3 already?

Pretty deep recession on the temples. Definitely time to consider the big 3. Look up some other treatments too such as piractone olamine shampoo, derma rolling and rosemary oil.

Why hop on the big 3 right away? Finasteride and Dutasteride are full of side effects you don't want to deal with. Try Minoxidil at first with a Ketoconazole shampoo and see how your body/head react to that. If you're still receding after 6 months, take an appointment with a Dermatologist and ask him his opinion about hoppin on Finasteride.

It is aggressive at a young age, very likely you will be effectively bald in no time at all. I don't think you have time to f*** around with treatments tbh, its finasteride or bald at this point IMHO.

You will be completely bald before 30 without treatment.

If you want to keep you hair long term, then finasteride is the only option really.

You've gotten responses from really solid members on this forum. I agree with all of them fully. Don't be too scared about side effects or anything like that. You can always hop off incase anything happens but that is very unlikely. Best of luck
