Please, an advice...

Hi everybody! Congratulations, great forum! Well, i use finasteride for about 3 years and minoxidil for 1,5 years and also nizoral. Im 22 and really sad...Im seeing day by day my hair thining, thick hairs in mais hand and i dont know what else can i do..I dont know if spironolactone really works...same about revivogem...i dont know if duta is safe and not even if it´s garantee. Please, give me your suggestions. I didnt try yet because Im brazilian and they are not that easy to find.
What if i stop using finasteride for some time?could my hair became less sensible to dht as it was when I started using it?

Maybe finasteride has simply come the end of its efficient life for you. Maybe spironolactone or a topical DHT blocker could help. And yes Duta is certainely an option, but you will have to do some research before going down that route. Why not try some copper peptide treatment such as Tricomin?

Unfortunately we can´t find it here in brazil...and im afraid about duta cause i think im too young to use something stronger than finasteride..About spironolactone, im still not right of its efficacy. (by the way, what is the majority opinion here?).
Have u ever heard about quitin finasteride for a while until the folicules become less sensible again? Because the dht keeps supressed, so i imagine that the folicules are more sensible to dht.
