hey everyone, ive looked through some other sites and information but just wondering if anyone can help me..To start with i have receding hairline and thinning out. Yes i know im loosing my hair ..lol... I have always had pimples mainly on back of scalp and some times on sides..since i started loosing my hair.. i understand its because of the levels of DHT..They are a lot more noticeable now that i have shaved my head. Im not to worried about stopping the hairloss, ive tried , it slightly works, then doesnt, and i personally think a lot is internal and has a lot to do with confidence, and if you can work on other areas like getting ripped or healthy etc....you dont have to rely on hair (single bloke point of view haha) well that's just my opinion, (id still rather my hair back though hahaha) anyway what i am after. Does anyone know of a way that i can get rid of all the pimples and stop them from coming back.. I started using like a face wash with micro beads to ex-foliate and then moisturizer it.Only shaved it yesterday and started yesterday so im not going to see it clear up today..Does anyone know of anything i can use?

id rather stay away from propecia and those drugs
ive tried saw palmetto when i was dealing with hairloss but i think it makes the pimples worse..
