Pimples on my scalp

I got pimples on my scalp mainly where its thinning..how do i treat this?..what causes this..becfause it seems to have elevated since taking propecia

Are you using Nizoral? Information I received when prescribed 2% Nizoral indicates a possible side effect of "scalp pustules" (pimples).

I was also getting pimples on my scalp around where I was losing hair. My doctor but me on Clobex shampoo (which you can only use for a month) and Olux which is a foam like mousse. Cleared those pimples right up!
