Hi iv just received my fincar & pill cutter, but having trouble cutting equal quarters, is there any trick to it? i have lost a tiny bit of powder & the 4ths ain't equal does it matter if some are small or bigger?

It happens, don't worry about it. If you want to cut 5mg finasteride tablets with a knife, here's a vid.

Hi does anyone have a diagram as to how to cut the pill? I am not sure in the video how much he was cutting I just want to be as exact as possible.

I think its impossible to cut into fifths ive tried. It just falls apart. Cut into quarters instead and take 1.25mg.

It's easy to cut it into 5 pieces with a knife. I've been doing it for three years now.
Just use a sharp knife.

yeah? ive never tried that actually..Would have to be a very thin bladed knife. I have a set of very sharp "global" brand knives, because I interested in being a chef once and i like to cook. I might try it next time.

They just fell apart for me with a knife, ended up with 3 small pieces and a bunch of powder.

A blade from a cheap disposable razor works really well. Like wire through cheese baby.
