up what i`ve got??

And to you Brittannia.. if u not know if it works yet why u so sure about it works for you based on some folish trial that u cant trust at all

I am sure because I have done extensive research on the subject, read many different studies from a variety of sources. Plus Ive listened to people who have used treatments both successfully and unsuccessfully. The result of which I have come to the decision (as anyone with any common sense would) that Propecia is a good and efficient treatment for hair loss.

Ok.. so its actually now a N2, who knows.. Anyway it look not nice on my head.
I got that type of loss in form of receeding at the sides. Make u look like and 90 year old kung fu master while am 26..And it has gone from N1.5 - N2.0 in one month...
So is somebody in here saying that if i just swallow som P`s am gonna be fine and regrow or at least ticken up what i`ve got??

And to you Brittannia.. if u not know if it works yet why u so sure about it works for you based on some folish trial that u cant trust at all.. If its only 2% sideeffects then why so many here quit it becouse of if not libido problems they get spots all over, some gyno or just more sheding.. Somethig completely wrong here
I wish 2 there was soem good medecine for this but until somebody can prove it works i dought it can make any significiant different..

let me talk to somebody that can say it has done bether than just maintaining and still have both libido and not womans breasts?
Saying am just a "silly little boy" is just to easy and just prove that people in here just stand up for there own decission going on treatment, but that does not mean it works.. Again, show me and i belive u!!!

But in the 5-10 years future i be shocked if they still cant find anything to regrow and maintain for at leaast 10-20 years

Lets be honest on our self even if the real life hurts more..
It is bether to fail while beliving the facts than truly belive in the lies that we make for our self..... just some philosopical $#iT!!!

Wow.

You got dropped a lot as a child, right? Under power lines too, I bet. Bad combination.

deaner we are about in the same position almost exactly, anyway I think i am going to hop on minoxidil because there are tons of smaller hairs that i think with a little help will turn terminal, probably only going to apply once a day though because of being in school and what not. I usually style mine really messy and the two people who cut my hair always comment on how thick the rest of it is, so thats a plus, rogain will probably give at least a little cosmetic result.

I'm only 20 dude.

For age 20..that hairline is really bad...sorry to say that!

But on the positive note..since your top is still thick as your back...it covers up for the receeded temples.

I am 24 and my hairline is better than yours...but unfortunately..I have diffuse top. :(

lol, I know, this hairline is shite, I wish it was just SLIGHTLY better. You wanna know the saddest part is I have this hot new girlfriend and I actually worry maybe every day or two what she'll say when she finds out how bad my hairline really is.

My question is, after 18+ months on Propecia, should I be using minoxidil on my temples? How bad do you think my hairline really is and what Norwood would you rate me? Thanks for the responses.

Temple-wise, I'd say NW3.

I would definitely experiment with minoxidil on the temples, but be aware that minoxidil does diffusely absorb. I'd apply solution about 1/4" above the desired area. Otherwise, you may get mini-hairs extending below the hairline, as I am now. (I forgot to tell this to Jeffss... I'm going to post in his topic now.)

The fuzz on my hairline is getting denser and more visible already, so I'm gonna ride out Propecia for anothre 2 or 3 months and see where that takes me, but then I'm definitely gonna hop on the minoxidil bandwagon.
