Fellow members:
I haven't posted much in the last few months. I had been busy with my work and have decided to accept baldness as a part of my life.
I am posting my 6 months update here. Click the link

http://photos.yahoo.com/makingslowprogress

In the July-05 pictures, I had long hairs and I was using combover. I have killed the combover. In my recent pictures (shorter hair), all of them except one are taken with flash. The pictures taken without flash don't show any baldness because of poor lighting (dark clouds as opposed to sunshine outside the house).

I tend to believe that I have at least maintained if not regrown in the last 6 months. I am posting these pictures for the sake of young and paranoid members and to show them that the big-3 really works in maintaining the hair if not for regrowth. I will continue these treatments for few more years till I get my hair transplant.

The Hairloss talk ranks tricomin after propecia and rogaine. [ 1) Propecia (2) Rogaine (3) Tricomin (4) Topical spironolactone 5% (5) Revivogen (6) Crinagen (7) Folligen]. http://www.hairlosstalk.com/discussions ... hp?t=12638.

I believe I am currently NW5, let me know if it is worse.

Do you think I will benefit from using tricomin instead of folligen?

Also, what you are your thoughts on using xandrox 15 twice a day followed by the regular minoxidil with retionic acid for the third application?

Any other suggestions for the hairstyle are welcome. I believe that combing with gel is not the way to go. I posted it only for comparison purposes.

If I can get to NW4, I wil be a happy man.

Thanks and regards

How much do you spend on your hair loss in one month? I think it was a good idea the stop the comeover. I could never understand why some people did that. It never foul the people around them. I really don't think you need to use all those products to maintain your hair. If I was you, I would use Propecia, minoxidil and Nizoral.

Since you are on proscar and you are only NW2.5 you should do fine. Stick to the treatments at all costs.
You should be fine. Yes, being Indian and bald sucks. My dad is still a NW1 at 59 years.
Good luck on your treatments.
