picked up some TGel

Just bought some Neutrogena TGel shampoo from the local pharmacy. Saw the corresponding conditioner beside it and grabbed that as well.

They had an extra strength version (4% instead of the regular 2%) but I don't think I need that just yet. I'm using Nizoral 2% once every 3 days and although the flaking is better now (1 month on Xandrox) there is still some itching.

Should I be using TGel solely on my non-Nizoral days, or alternate TGel with my regular shampoo and Nizoral?

Alternate all 3. That way you are using each shampoo every 3 days... to avoid irritation. If you want an AWESOME conditioner, try Infusium 23. I swear by it now.
