Pic Inside - How Does It Look Like ? What Can I Expect ?

Hey guys,

I just turned 30 today. wohoo

I still have hair, but they are definitly thinning. I shaved them a couple weeks ago and got into finasteride last week and have been on minoxidil for about 5months. Didn't really see any improvement with minoxidil. Maybe on the hairline. Not sure tbh. ( I stopped for about a week and a half and resumed using it ).

Do I still have enough hair on my head to expect good results with finasteride/minoxidil ?
Is still having hair at 30 a good sign ? ( it's a good thing yes, but is it a good sign ? )
Lastly, does it look like diffuse thinning or male pattern baldness ? ( some people say it's basically the same thing ) I also don't know if it should be labbeled as aggressive or regular hairloss. It took me to shave my head to actually notice the thinning on the top.

I think finasteride would still help. Looks diffuse to me but that’s still male pattern baldness.

Your hair looks very common, I would not say you have aggressive loss. The finasteride should help grow a little back or at least keep things constant (for a while). Using a derma roller has been shown to increase the effects of minoxidil substantially.
