We all know exercise in general is very good for your health (and probably for your hair too). But what about working out like a freak? I Personally love lifting weight, and using pre-workouts/creatine really gives me a boost. I dont use them non stop, but still.
My body is always recovering from the workout the day before. I dont mind that though. I know this wont cause hair loss but could it still have a negative effect on your hair if you already suffer from male pattern baldness?
I feel like it does, because Ive been on Finasteride for 9ish months now and havent had great results... Im still losing hair albeit slower than pre-finasteride.

Any opinions would be appreciated

There is no evidence yet about this.
And to be honest I doubt physical exercise can cause hair loss...
Performance boosters, a totally different beast..

Possibly but doubt it. One study showed creatine increased DHT levels 40%, but isn't conclusive at all. Exercise can increase testosterone, but if your on a 5ar inhibitor, that shouldn't matter.

Do you think that "extra push" could be harmful?

Uhuh, that's what I read online.
