PGD2 / PGE2 Supplement List To Take

Can anyone highlight the respective supplements to reduce PGD2 and promote PGE2 whether that is topically or systemically?

I have started to take:

PGD2 Reduction:
Luteolin (Systemtically)

PGE2 Promotion:
Castor Oil Shampoo (topically)
Castor Oil to the crown overnight (topically)

What else should be in the armour

for increasing PGE2 you can simply put PGE2, for decreasing PGD2 you can type COX-2 inhibitors (they might decrease PGE2 as well although PGD2 is decreased in much greater amount) and some anti-histamines also could decrease PGD2.
