Perfect Image Solutions - minoxidil

I just placed an order for from this place and I fear it may be a scam.... has anyone used this stuff and if so what are our thoughts? I did some searching however there isn't a whole lot of info on them...

How does Perfect Image Solution minoxidil solutions compare to MOPC Labs?

I like MOPC, that's what I use now, but I only used 1 bottle of Perfect Image Solution 15% and it was the first 15% minoxidil I used, seeing how it takes a while to get results it's probably fine.
