I'm sort of curious about something... I'm still new to all of this, and obviously new to the forum, and maybe I just don't completely understand the mechanics of hair loss and what not, but when I look at a lot of the posts with photos, especially in the "Your Story", and "Success" parts of the forum, I have a really hard time seeing the receding hairline that some people seem so anxious about. I mean... I have a widows peak that just about goes to my ears and a front line that's probably over an inch where it should be (never mind obvious thinning on top), but a lot of the people who seem to be really freaking out about their hair actually look great to me. Its even hard to see the difference in some before and after pictures. Picture month one: Great head of hair. Picture month 9: Great head of hair. Success!
I don't know, maybe it has something to do with the quality of the photographs taken, or its one of those situations where you just got to be there to really understand. I guess everyone knows their hair and should know if it really is falling out or not, I just have a hard time spotting it apparently. Maybe that's why I didn't really take much action until I got to where I am.
By the way, I mean absolutely no disrespect to anyone who posts here or to make light of anyone's hair loss situation. I was just making an observation, and wanted to get other people's perspective. Heck, I'm jealous of those without obvious hair loss.
Thanks.
