In this conducted research that the majority of you have already read, what was the mixture of peppermint oil and the vehicle they used with it?

I want to conduct my own experiment and use it topically nightly to see if it has positive effects.

Currently not taking any medications to ruin this test trial, only have been using topical saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil.

I think as article study states that the menthol in PEO (naturally) acts as a permeating agent. PEO is in itself a decent carrier so a secondary vehicle is probably unnecessary. Good Luck.

I believe it was 3% in jojoba oil.

This may work, but what kind of vehicle will people use? Like propylene glycol, ethanol etc. What can you buy at the local drugstore to mix and make sure this absorbs.
