People referring to people who are bald as "bald losers

I was just thinking about this the other day. Why do you think that people attach the word "loser" to bald people? I can't remember how many times I have heard women say this and it irritates the hell out of me. It's like appearance is everything now and people are rewarded for looking good rather than hard work. It's just amazing how much a small cosmetic thing like hair means in the big picture when you think about it likely because it is visible to everyone most of the time and can easily be used as a tool against you in arguments etc if you are losing yours. I'll even wager that hairloss is the worst non-life threatening thing that can happen to a man who is younger than 40 years old.

really. Im absolutley in awe over how people can be so f*****g superficial. having hair doesnt make anyone a better person than someone who doesnt.
I usually dont hear sh*t like that, but when i do i think to myself
"wow how petty...really. im sorry for you that you still in that mental state..expand yourself a bit, there is a lot more to life than the way someone looks.."

i dont know. it doesnt really bother me that much, it just amazes me.
The thing is you cant let it be used as a tool for an argument. its irrelevant...i dont know...im tired.
