I am talking about mung bean. If i soak it overnight so it puffs up and softens and eat it in the morning, is it safe? Does it have as much nutrition as the raw beans? Can't find anything on this anywhere
I just don't know if cleaning enough and soaking for a few hours alone is enough to remove all the toxins from the beans or u need to sprout it too.Why wouldn't it be?
