Anyone here ever do them? I started doing them a month ago and its definately improved things a bit. I never had a big problem getting a hard on while using propecia, lost a bit of libido maybe, but these PC exercises definately improve erection quality. Basically they make the base of your member stronger, down where it meets your body. So while standing, basically my stuff was pointing directally horizontal before, now its like 45 degrees pointing up. Like when I was early 20s.
Also it makes busting nut a bit better, really powerfull bursts.
And it stays hard a bit longer after orgasm, several minutes.
I do them twice a day, miss them now and again on the weekends.
The routine I do.
30 1 second contractions
10 10 second contractions
3 30 second contractions then
10 10 sec again and
30 1 sec again.
