Pauly D does look a lot like his mother. His mother seems to have thick, dark, curly hair. I suspect her father didn't have a hairloss problem (I can usually spot this in women aswell, I know, weird). Probably inherited from that side.

He could very well start losing it one day. If you're 40 or over and you still have perfect hair then yeah, you'll probably never go bald but plenty of dudes start losing it in their mid/late 30's.

As brothers we get on great and don't get competitive or jealous at all, but the hair thing gets me seething, he's always been slightly taller than me, slightly more muscular and built, slightly more intelligent and has perfect hair also despite being 6 years older... Wow, I really hope that last post along with your others, was just over-enthusiastic TROLLING because if not, then it seems you have much deeper, more serious issues than hairloss and you'd be much better off relocating to a PERSONALITY DISORDER FORUM where you could address more pressing problems like the fact that you're an insecure (autistic much?) a**h** who clearly doesn't know how to talk to people properly.

You just made about 100 false assumptions about me in that one post, so again I hope it was just trolling and maybe one day when you're actually grown up, not a naive 19year old, you'll realise there are much more pressing things to work on in daily life than hair, ya know like learning how to interact with people!

Anyone who's been on this forum longer than 5 minutes, knows I already tried finasteride a few years ago at 1mg every day and got massive sides, my system was completely overwhelmed and there was no way I was going to continue.

It was only after a couple of years later after reading a growing number of people on here who had got sides on finasteride and quit, before weaning themselves back on relatively safely at a lower dose eod, that I weighed up the pros and cons and decided to give it another shot.

So far it's going fine, I've had mild sides but nothing dramatic like last time and hopefully over a couple of months I will ride them out.

There is still however a risk of serious sides whether they develop 1 week or 8 years down the line, there is always a risk with finasteride, it's a big lifetime decision and not something to be taken lightly.

I've lost count of the number of arrogant people on this forum like Macimate who have in the past preached about finasteride and declared others "morons" and "pussies" for not taking it (as if it's as easy a decision as taking a daily multi vitamin) before they themselves got struck down by heavy sides and had to quit .... Funnily enough you never hear these guys spouting off on this forum anymore, they're nowhere to be seen. So I wouldn't speak to soon if I was you, you're only 19 after all.

Hes 32 years old is that young? If he has not lost any hair by 32 then I think its safe to say his odds are very good besides that in 5 years if he does start losing it I still say CB or something will exist to safely and more effectively keep your hair. It might be possible by even then to stop male pattern baldness its not as big a deal as you make it out to be keeping hair is going to be possible shortly. Now regrowing NWs is a different story which is why prevention is so important.
