the pain in some area of the scalp.
i dont using minoxidil, but nizoral shampoo yes.

I have that too, but now after 4 montsh on proscar and nizoral I still fell pain from time to time but my scalp feels much, much better

i feel pain in certain area of my scalp when i push on spicefic area with my finger

i know its the male pattern baldness but how it work.. how the mbp couse this.. i will like to know?

Lots of people get that me included. Welcome to the club but as far as I know there is no established connection between male pattern baldness and that itch at least yet. Not everyone with male pattern baldness gets it though. I dont shampoo everyday but sometimes that can remove it for that day but it always comes back for me.
It might be inflammation related to male pattern baldness but like I said I dont think there is any definitive connection between them yet.
