Generally everyone over 20 is gonna have some norwood going on. If you aren't even on the norwood scale you look like a little 8 year old boy.

Personally I dont think about things like that. "Massive c****" dont really enter into my day to day thinking.

But since you brought it up, I would imagine that there is probably no connection between penis size and baldness. For instance, John Holms had a full head of hair. Peter North ( while not quite that large, but still well above average ), has all his hair.
